Vendor area BERGKÖNIG 2021
Who registers as vendor automatically accepts all conditions. Vendors accept in particular to be present during the full opening hours on both days.
If a vendor is rejected by the organizer, the registration fee will immediately be refunded to the Credit Card that had been used.
Booked spaces CANNOT BE CANCELLED (not even with medical certificat or similar).
If the applicable Corona-Regulations will not permit stands (or the execution of the event), the registration will automatically be transferred to next years event.
PROFESSIONAL VENDORS will be listed in the Online Vendor Catalog and in the printed Event Programme including Website-Link.
HOBBY VENDORS profit from a strongly reduced registration fee. Only individuals will be accepted as Hobby Vendors WHO DO NOT HAVE:
- a physical store
- a Webshop
Professional Vendors with an outward journey of more than 300km may apply for a reduced area reservation fee by email.
